Behind the work
Krista.ai: a closer look
For Krista.ai, FDM turned a shared-inbox workflow into a 2-minute-20-second explainer. Interface cards and motion graphics show how email, business systems, policies and approvals connect to the next action.

Agree the reviewers before editing.
Your team. Your product owner checks screens, feature behaviour and claims. Your marketing owner checks audience, message and brand. Name one person to consolidate feedback and approve release.
FDM. FDM shapes the story, edit and motion, then checks pacing, captions and the agreed exports. Agree the source-file handover and who maintains changed screens before production.

How can a studio explain a complicated software product without a generic template?
Start with one viewer and one product task, then decide what needs to be shown. In FDM’s Krista.ai email explainer, interface cards follow a message through business systems, policy and approval steps. For TikaMobile, guided screen movement makes individual CRM workflows easier to follow. We use animation to reveal connections and a walkthrough when the interface itself matters; the story comes before the visual treatment.
Can FDM work from an existing product page or demo?
Yes. A product page, recorded demo, deck or rough brief can be the starting point. FDM first clarifies the audience and intended action, then recommends the right narrative and format.
Do we need a finished script?
No. FDM can work with an approved script or help shape the narrative before editing begins.
How do UI and motion decisions get approved?
Agree the script and a representative visual sequence before the full edit. Your product reviewer checks behaviour and claims; your marketing reviewer checks message and brand. FDM applies consolidated feedback before final captions and exports.
How do I choose a video partner for a SaaS launch?
Compare complete relevant films, product-accuracy checks, revision terms and the final handover. Ask each partner how they would explain one difficult part of your product. Our guide includes a six-part scorecard and a sample brief you can use to compare proposals.
Should we use AI or custom animation for a product video?
Test one difficult sequence and one factual correction before choosing. A real screen recording may suit a task tutorial; custom animation can explain relationships the interface cannot show. Check product accuracy and revision control, not just the first render.
What should we ask customers in a testimonial interview?
Ask what was happening before, why they chose the product, what using it involved and what changed. Follow broad praise with a request for a specific example. If they cannot substantiate a number, keep the story useful without inventing one.
