About these terms

These terms govern use of the public website operated by Fitastic Digital Media Private Limited, trading publicly as Fitastic Digital Media. Separate MSAs, SOWs, proposals and invoices govern client engagements.

Website information

The site provides general information about FDM, its services, process and selected work. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability or constitute professional, medical, legal, financial or investment advice.

Project inquiries

Submitting a brief does not require either party to proceed. Scope, timing, fees, revisions, rights and responsibilities are confirmed separately in writing. Actual availability is confirmed for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website copy, design and FDM brand assets belong to FDM or are used with permission. Client names, logos and work remain subject to their respective rights. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit site material without permission.

Portfolio material

Selected work is shown to demonstrate production scope and communication approach. It must not be downloaded, redistributed or represented as your own. Client materials may be removed or updated where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, misuse the inquiry form, scrape protected material at an abusive rate or introduce malicious code.

Third-party links

The site may link to Frame.io, Cal.com, LinkedIn and other services. FDM does not control their content, availability or privacy practices.

No warranties

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FDM does not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Client-service obligations are governed by the separately agreed engagement documents.
