Short answer
FDM is a video production company in Pune, India that makes explainer and animated videos for companies in India, the US, the UK, Australia and Europe. We script the idea, design the visuals, animate and finish the video, and your own expert approves every claim. Published explainers include platform and product videos for Krista.ai, GWI and Signzy, health education for Mega We Care and finance education for AssetPlus.
Watch every explainer ↗| Check | Why it matters | How FDM handles it |
|---|---|---|
| Finished explainers you can watch | A reel of best moments hides whether the team can explain one idea from start to finish. | Full Krista.ai, GWI, Signzy and Mega We Care explainers can be watched on this site. |
| Script before animation | Changing the story after animation starts is the most expensive kind of revision. | You approve the script and scene outline, then the visual direction, before full animation. |
| Accuracy owned by your expert | An explainer that gets the product or the science wrong does more harm than no video. | Your product, medical or compliance reviewer approves claims. We do not invent features or results. |
| Real UI or illustration | Real screens build recognition; illustration explains what the screen cannot show. | We use both and pick per video: Krista.ai uses animated interface cards, Mega We Care uses explanatory animation. |
| Works with the sound off | Many viewers watch on mute in feeds and on sales pages. | Captions and on-screen text are part of every finish, not an extra. |
| Cutdowns and a series | One explainer often needs a short version and later episodes in the same style. | Shorter cuts and vertical versions on request, and one visual system across a series. |

Before you brief us
It turns a product, process or idea into a short video that someone can follow without a live presenter. That usually means a script, a visual style, animation or presenter footage, voiceover, captions and sound. FDM does all of these in one team and works with your expert on accuracy.
Mostly animated and motion-graphics explainers, often mixed with real product screens or presenter footage you already have. The Krista.ai, GWI and Signzy videos are animated; Mega We Care combines expert interviews with animation.
Long enough to make one idea clear. A product or platform explainer is often one to three minutes; a social cutdown is shorter. If the script needs more than one idea, a short series usually works better than one long video.
It depends on the script, the style and how quickly reviews come back. We agree a realistic schedule after seeing the brief, rather than promising one turnaround for every video.
An explainer shows why the problem matters and what changes for the customer. A demo shows how the product is used, step by step. Many teams need both, for different moments in the buying journey.
AI tools are fine for quick internal videos. A custom explainer is worth it when the idea is hard, the audience is sceptical or the video carries your brand in front of buyers. We use AI for repetitive parts of the edit, not for the story or the faces.
Yes. FDM is based in Baner, Pune, and works with companies across India and remotely with teams in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Europe. Reviews happen on shared links, so location does not slow the project down.
Any company with something worth explaining. Our published explainers cover software (Krista.ai, GWI), fintech (Signzy), health education (Mega We Care) and finance education (AssetPlus).
We quote after a short call, because a 60-second product video and a 10-part education series are different jobs. You can start with one video before committing to more.
