Video content strategy, powered by AI
We solve business problems with video.
FDM starts with the problem your business needs to solve, plans the videos that will solve it and produces them with an AI-assisted editing workflow. For SaaS, healthcare and finance teams with something complex to explain.
Work for AssetPlus, Krista.ai, Mega We Care and GWI
Problem first, video second
Two problems, two strategies.
AssetPlus
Not enough mutual fund distributors were signing up to the platform.
Strategy. Instead of advertising the platform, grow the pool of distributors by teaching the career itself: what the job is, how to start and how to run it well.
Videos. A 100-video education library with one consistent visual language, so the series could grow without resetting the process for every video.

The product was so technical that even channel partners struggled to explain it.
Strategy. Stop explaining the whole platform. Pick one use case a buyer already recognises and show it working, step by step.
Videos. A product explainer that follows a single email through business systems, policy and approval, using animated interface cards.
Read the Krista.ai case study ↗- 01 Start with the business problem. Signups, sales cycles, onboarding, support load or trust. We agree the one outcome the videos must move before talking about formats.
- 02 Find what the audience needs to understand. Nobody cares about your company; they care about their problem. We work out what your buyer, user or partner needs to see to act.
- 03 Plan the series, not one video. Which videos, in what order, for which channel and moment: a launch film, a demo series, an education library or clips from a podcast.
- 04 Produce with an AI-assisted workflow. AI handles the repeatable parts of editing and versioning. Story, taste and accuracy stay with the people on the project.
- 05 Review in stages and adjust. You approve the brief, story and visual direction before the full edit, then we refine the plan as the first videos go live.
Where strategy shows up
The formats we plan and produce.
- Product demos and UI walkthroughs that teach one task at a time.
- SaaS explainers that make a technical product easy to follow.
- Education libraries that grow a market, not just a product.
- Healthcare education led by your experts and reviewed for accuracy.
- Podcast and interview systems that turn one recording into many useful clips.
What is a video content strategy?
A plan that starts from a business goal and decides which videos to make, for whom, in what order and where they will be used. It turns video from a one-off production into a system that keeps serving sales, onboarding or education.
How is FDM different from a video editing agency?
We still edit, animate and finish every video ourselves. The difference is where we start: with the business problem, not the format. Sometimes the right answer is one explainer; sometimes it is a 100-video library or a podcast clip system.
How does FDM use AI?
AI is part of the production method: transcription, rough assembly, versioning and other repeatable editing work. It lets a small team move faster on large series. Story decisions, visual taste, accuracy checks and client review stay with people.
Will AI-assisted videos look generic?
They should not. AI speeds up the editing work; it does not choose the story or the look. Every video is built around your product, your audience and your review, the same way as a fully manual edit.
Who is this for?
B2B software, healthcare and finance teams that have something complex to explain and need more than one video to do it: product marketing, customer education, partner enablement and content teams.
How do we start?
With a short call about the problem you want to solve and the material you already have. We suggest a first video or a small series to test the approach before planning anything larger. We quote after that call.
