The email explainer starts with a shared inbox, then follows policy and approval steps alongside information from ERP, CRM and support tools. The viewer has a specific workflow to follow as the screens change.

Giving an idea a visual form
For the technical AI piece, FDM translated the subject into a structured visual explanation. Customer-support and invoice-processing graphics give the discussion concrete reference points before the piece closes on the paper.
