Video editing services

Videos we can make for you.

FDM is a managed video editing and post-production team for B2B software, healthcare and finance companies. Send footage, a recording or a rough brief. We shape the story, edit, animate and deliver. Watch an example of each format below.

Stage 01

First, what’s the job?

Agree on the viewer, the objective and the material we can use.

A shared direction before the story starts.

Why staged approvals save rework ↗

What the service covers

Editing, motion and the finish, in one team.

Story from raw material

We review your footage, recordings, screen captures or deck and propose a structure before the full edit.

Editing and pacing

Cuts, structure and rhythm that keep the important point clear, for long-form and short-form.

Motion graphics and UI animation

Animated text, diagrams, interface cards and callouts where showing beats telling.

Captions and sound

Readable captions and a clean sound mix as part of the finish, not an extra step.

Cutdowns and formats

Vertical versions and short clips from a longer recording, when the material supports them.

Series and libraries

A shared visual system and review rhythm for a course, academy or recurring content, as with the 100-video AssetPlus library.

Who we edit for

Teams with something complex to explain.

How a project runs

Five steps, with your approval at each one.

  • 01 Clarify the job. We start with the business objective, intended audience, source material, delivery need and constraints.
  • 02 Shape the approach. We recommend the narrative, format, visual direction and scope before the full edit begins.
  • 03 Approve key decisions. Important script, structure and visual choices are reviewed in stages to reduce late rework.
  • 04 Build and review. Editing and motion move forward through a visible Trello workflow. Two revision rounds are normally included.
  • 05 Deliver and repeat. Final assets are prepared for the agreed channels, with reusable systems carried into recurring work where useful.

Before you send footage

Video editing questions, answered.

Start with one video ↗
What does FDM's video editing service include?

Story structure from your raw material, editing and pacing, motion graphics and UI animation, captions, sound finishing and exports for the channels you agree. We can also turn one long recording into shorter cutdowns. Scripting and shoot planning are available when a project needs them.

Can you edit our existing footage, screen recordings or podcast episodes?

Yes. Product recordings, interviews, webinars and long-form episodes are a normal starting point. We review the material first and tell you what it can support before we agree on scope.

Who do you edit videos for?

Mostly B2B software, healthcare and finance teams that need a complex product or expert idea to be easy to follow. Clients include Krista.ai, TikaMobile, GWI, SpotDraft, Mega We Care and AssetPlus.

How do revisions and approvals work?

You approve the brief, the story and the visual direction before the full edit. Two revision rounds are normally included, and feedback comes together through one decision owner on your side.

How long does a video edit take?

It depends on the material, the format and how quickly reviews come back. We agree a realistic schedule once we have seen the brief and footage, rather than promising one turnaround for every video.

How is a video editing project priced?

We quote each project after a short call and a look at the material, because a 30-second cutdown and a 100-video library are different jobs. You can start with one video before committing to a series.

Should we hire an agency or a freelance editor?

A freelancer can suit a single, well-defined edit. A managed team helps when you need story judgment, motion design, review management and consistency across several videos.

Where is FDM based, and do you work with US and UK teams?

FDM is based in Pune, India, and works remotely with teams internationally, including in the United States and United Kingdom. Reviews happen on shared links and a visible project board, so time zones do not block progress.
