Welcome to TikaMobile. From the home dashboard, navigate to the conferences module using the left sidebar. The conferences list displays all upcoming and past conferences in your territory. You can filter, sort, and export this list. Let's open one of the conferences your team is planning to attend. At the top, you see conference details along with a summary panel. Clicking the speakers list opens a searchable panel that shows all HCPs and speakers associated with the conference. Clicking any HCP name opens their full profile directly. The calendar view is where conference planning comes to life. It displays the full conference schedule as a grid with columns for each assigned MSL attendee. Sessions are pre-populated in the appropriate time slots and managers can assign specific sessions to specific MSLs using the drop-down selectors. In the sessions list view, you see all sessions with detailed columns. Clicking the assigned MSL's icon on any session opens the assignment modal. You can select which MSL attendees to add or remove. Available MSLs are listed with checkboxes and the assignment transaction history below shows a complete audit trail. The tracked checkbox lets you mark which sessions your team is actively covering. Each session row also has icons for notes and docs. Clicking the notes icon opens a rich text editor where you can write new notes captured during the sessions. There's also a save as insight checkbox to flag noteworthy observations for the insights module. Hit update to save. The docs icon opens the session documents modal where you can upload and manage files for each session. PDFs, Word docs, PowerPoint presentations, and images. Now let's look at the summary view, the intelligence layer of the conference module. It has three tabs, conference summary, session summary, and insight summary. The conference summary tab provides an AI-generated overview with a generate summary button. It presents key highlights, key points, product insights, conference activities, competitive intelligence, and key outcomes that summarize the clinical takeaways. The session summary tab provides a structured AI-generated report covering HCP engagement overview with total HCPs engaged, names, and engagement quality. Key topics and discussions lists the main clinical topics. It also identifies clinical interests. Further sections cover detailed actions, immediate actions for the next one to two weeks, patterns and insights analyzing interaction productivity and outcomes, and key insights and observations including market insights, clinical trends, competitive intelligence, and opportunities.
